The Firefox URL Alias extension is no longer being updated. But using the utility below, you can continue to use existing aliases in newer versions of Firefox, and even add new aliases.
To import existing aliases from the URL Alias add-on into Firefox, you'll need to create text strings using the converter below, and add them to the bookmarks.html file in your Firefox Profiles folder. See step-by-step instructions.
Please note that Firefox's bookmarks feature allows you to accomplish the same thing from within Firefox. See instructions.
